At USA Sat, Inc. We believe that your satisfaction with ScS is important, We do whatever it takes to get you up and running. Customer Service doesn't end with the sale.

NOTE: Support is provided ONLY during normal working business days and hours. This includes Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm EST.

The ScS Help

The ScS Help has been created to answer 99% of all known issues associated with building your online store. You must take the time to read this document first, before calling or sending email. We will simply redirect you back to it if you ask a question that is already covered in the help system.

What IS NOT included in Product Support?

While we make every attempt to ensure that the ScS program installs and operates correctly on your computer, we do not support the operation or troubleshooting of your ISPs Web Server or your Internet Web Server software or hardware.

It is also your responsibility to gather server related information.
FTP information, secure server URLS, etc. are all items the ISP should provide you when you sign up with them. We will try to help as much as we can, but since we do not have control over their system, we cannot support it.

We do not support changes that you may have made to the ScS templates or order form scripts. The templates and scripts are open and you are welcome to alter them if you like, however, we do not support your changes. Consulting time is available at the standard custom programming rates.
