Products Browser
On the Products Browser Screen it is possible to see a list of all products classified per category and the respective picture of the product focused. The top left screen box shows the list of all existent categories. Every time you select an specific category, the bottom screen box shows the existent products for that category and when you browse the list of products, the top right screen box shows the picture of that product.
How to use the buttons:
1. Add Category:
First, select a category on the top left screen box. The selected category will be the parent of the category that will be created. Click the button "Add Category" and a new screen will show up asking you for Category Name and Description. After this screen is filled, the new category will be placed as a child one level down of the selected category.
2. Edit Category:
This button opens a screen with Category Name and Description. Make the changes and click Ok to update the category database. When a category name is changed, all products under that category will be updated with the new name.
3. Del Category:
This button will permanently erase the selected category, subcategories and all products under them.
4. Insert Image:
This option is to insert an extra image(s) on your shopping cart using Html tags, select "Check here if you are using HTML tags" to enable this option. Click here for more details
Place the name of your category on the first field and description using the two memo fields. The text for the first memo field will appears next to the submenu, if any. The second one will appears below, you may use both field, one or none, those description are not required.
Advanced users can check the fields "Check here if you are using HTML tags" to customize the page with HTML commands. When this option is used, the information inside the memo fields will be formatted according with the HTML codes placed in there.

4. Display Disable Products:
Click here to see all the products that will NOT be on your web site.
This button will let you keep on file products that you don't have in stock or are not ready to be sold yet.
* You can disable or enable each product any time on the "Products Information Screen".
5. Add Product:
First, select a category on the top left screen box. The selected category will be the parent of the product that will be created. Click the button "Add Product" and the product screen will show up. See details about product screen on this help.
6. Edit Product:
First select the product to be edited and click the "Edit Product" button. This button opens the "Product" screen with the product information. Make the changes and click Ok to update the database.
7. Del Product:
This button removes the selected product from the database.
8. Duplicate:
This option copy the information of the selected product and creates a new record. This is very useful when you need to enter similar products in to the database.
9. Close:
This button closes the Products Browser window.
Toolbar Menu: In order from left to right:
1. Add New Product: Same function as the button "Add Product"
2. Printer: Creates a report with all products of the selected category.
3. Find: Open a screen to search a particular product.
4. Delete: Same as the "Delete Product" button.
5. Help: Open the help file.
